Get In Touch
If you're ready to book, have a question about classes or training, or you're simply not sure what would suit you best, you're very welcome to get in touch. You don't need to know exactly what you want before you reach out, just tell me a little about what you're looking for or what you're unsure about, and I'll point you in the right direction. If you'd rather skip the conversation altogether and book straight in, you can do that too.
I read and reply to every enquiry personally, usually within 1 to 2 business days. If you've asked about a particular class or service, I'll answer your questions and let you know the next step, and if you're not sure what you need, we'll work that out together first. There's no hard sell and no obligation to sign up for anything, sometimes you just need to ask the question first, so there's no complicated consultation process required.
Still have questions? Have a browse of the FAQs below, they might just answer what's on your mind.

Yes, and honestly I'd rather you did. Use the enquiry form to give me a bit of context beforehand, or ask for a quick call, so I've got a fuller picture before you start. That said, I'm not able to give injury diagnosis or medical advice, so for anything specific, keep your GP or allied health provider in the loop alongside working with me.

That's completely normal, and you're far from the only one who feels that way walking in. Classes stay small on purpose, there's no performance pressure, and I'll talk you through everything as we go rather than expecting you to already know it. You're welcome to hang back and watch the first exercise or two before joining in if that helps, whatever gets you in the door comfortably is fine by me.

Whatever you'd normally wear to move in comfortably, there's no strict dress code here. Something you can stretch and get on the floor in works well, and closed-in or grippy socks are a good idea for anything mat-based. If you're ever unsure, just ask before you come in.
