New here? Start here.
If it's your first time attending a class or session, welcome.
The good news is you don't need to get fitter, more flexible or more coordinated before booking.
You also don't need to know all the Pilates terminology, own fancy activewear or have any idea what half the equipment is called.
Just come as you are.
What to bring
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• A water bottle
• Any relevant information you'd like me to know before class (injuries, concerns or questions)
HOW TO BOOK
Simply choose the class or session you'd like to attend and follow the booking instructions.
If a class is full, you'll have the option to join a waitlist if one is available.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Fearless Movement classes are small, relaxed and coached.
You won't be expected to keep up with everyone else, perform perfectly or prove how fit you are.
You'll be given options where appropriate and encouraged to work at a level that makes sense for you.
If you're nervous, that's completely normal.
Most people are a little unsure before their first session.
My goal is for you to walk away thinking, "That was actually much less scary than I expected."
And ideally, "I think I can do that again."
Two Weeks, Unlimited Classes
only $60
The easiest way to see if Fearless Movement is the right fit for you, with full access to classes for two weeks before you decide on a package.
Offer available to new members only.
WHY BIGGER ISN’T ALWAYS BETTER
Small classes aren't an accident, they're one of the most important parts of how I coach. Smaller numbers mean I can pay attention to the people in the room, offer different options when needed, answer questions and help you find an appropriate level of challenge.
It also creates a different atmosphere, people tend to get to know each other, feel more comfortable asking questions and don't disappear into a crowd of twenty strangers. That doesn't mean every session turns into group therapy, it simply means there's space for people to be human.
For me, good coaching has always been about the person in front of me, not just the workout I planned, and keeping classes small helps me do that properly.
